Viet Fruit exports premium fresh fruit worldwide, including Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, Asia, North America, and other international destinations. We tailor every shipment to meet the specific import requirements of each country.
Which fruits do you export?
Our main export products include:
- Fresh coconuts
- Fresh coconut water
- Dragon fruit (red and white flesh)

Quality & Food Safety
How do you ensure product quality?
Quality control starts in the orchard and continues until the container is sealed. Every shipment is inspected by our experienced quality control team to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
Can we appoint our own quality inspector?
Yes. We welcome customers to appoint their own QC company or representative to inspect the fruit, packaging, and loading process before the container is sealed.
Can we visit your packing house?
Absolutely. We encourage customers to visit our farms, packing facilities, and processing locations before placing orders.
Certifications
Which certifications can you provide?
Depending on the product, destination country, and customer requirements, we can supply products with certificates including:
- Phytosanitary Certificate
- Certificate of Origin (CO)
- A.P.
- VietGAP

- FSSC 22000

- BRCGS Food Safety
- Organic Certification (EU, USDA, JAS when available)

Export Treatments
Which quarantine treatments can you arrange?
Depending on the destination country, we can provide:
- Vapour Heat Treatment (VHT)
- Irradiation Treatment
- Fumigation
- Cold Treatment (when required)
Our export team will advise which treatment is mandatory for your market.
Packaging
What packaging do you use?
We use premium export-quality carton boxes specifically designed for international transport.
Our cartons are:
- Strong and durable
- Moisture resistant
- Suitable for sea and air freight
- Compliant with international import requirements
- Available in customer-specific designs
- Available with private label printing
Can you print our own brand?
Yes. We offer fully customized packaging with your own logo, artwork, barcode, and branding.
Shipping
Which Incoterms do you offer?
We can ship under various Incoterms including:
- FOB
- CFR
- CIF
Do you ship full containers?
Yes. We supply only Full Container Loads (FCL)
Can you arrange refrigerated containers?
Yes. We regularly ship refrigerated (reefer) containers worldwide with continuous temperature monitoring.
Payment
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are:
- 30% deposit upon order confirmation
- 70% balance payment before shipment or against the agreed shipping documents, depending on the sales agreement
Alternative payment arrangements may be discussed for long-term business partners.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- International bank transfer (T/T)
- Letter of Credit (L/C) for approved customers
- Other secure payment methods by mutual agreement
Orders
What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order depends on the product and destination. Please contact us for product-specific requirements.
Can you supply mixed containers?
Yes. Mixed containers with different fruit varieties can often be arranged, depending on the type of fruit, availability and compatibility.
Can you supply private label products?
Yes. We specialize in private label production for importers, wholesalers, distributors, and supermarket chains.
Traceability
Can the fruit be traced back to the farm?
Yes. We work with approved growers and maintain full traceability from farm to shipment.
Sustainability
Do you work with sustainable growers?
Yes. We cooperate with professional growers who apply responsible farming practices and continuously improve sustainability, food safety, and product quality.
