We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented hands on Dragon Fruit Quality Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting dragon fruit from the pre -harvest stage till packing to ensure it meets the required quality standards for export and distribution.
Job Title: Dragon Fruit Quality Controller
Location: Hiệp Thành, Châu Thành, Long An
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect dragon fruit for size, colour, ripeness, and overall quality.
- Identify and separate damaged, diseased, or substandard fruit.
- Ensure compliance with company and export quality standards.
- Record inspection results and maintain quality control reports.
- Work closely with the packing and production teams to maintain quality consistency.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and handling procedures during inspection.
- Improve the fruit quality levels and update the belonging QC sheet.
- Define the differences between the several farms and their way of working.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fruit inspection, agriculture, or quality control is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify defects of the dragon fruit.
- Ability to work on farms in the open-air as well as in a fast-paced packing or warehouse environment.
- Basic English and communication skills.
